Clean place with river views and really kind staff. Flat screen cable TV, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator available in the queen room. Huge bathroom and freshly cooked and warm breakfast. Great hotel in a central location helpful in other areas too. Also - adjacent to the National Park and the Lecont center and the church.

Positively, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall look and design of this place. The stunning stone fireplaces created a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while the open layout gave it a spacious yet comfortable feel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, I loved the little patio overlooking the water and the view of the Christmas lights, creating a magical ambiance. The staff at this venue was top-notch, providing excellent service that truly made me feel welcomed. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was super close to everything I needed, including an event at the LeConte Conference Center and The Island.

The location was great for Pigeon Forge, just next door to tourist places and the restaurant. The breakfast selection was nice hot and awesome with a cheese, an unsweet tea or diet soda option plus about 6 selections.
